Ed Secondiak is the President of ECS Safety Services Ltd., which he founded in 1995 after a long career in the RCMP. WIth extensive experience in undercover drug enforcement and expert court advisement, Ed has also had a long private career managing employee drug education training and consulting contracts around the world.
